Order Processing

All orders are hand-packed with care on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
If your order is placed before 12 midday on one of those days, it will usually ship the same day. Orders placed outside those days will be sent on the next processing day.

UK Shipping

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail tracked services so your order is always safe in transit.

• Standard (Tracked 48) – £3.50
  Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2–3 working days.

• Express (Tracked 24) – £4.50
  Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1–2 working days.

🌍 International Shipping
At the moment Green Witch Fragrance Co. only ships within the UK. This helps me keep postage costs fair, delivery times reliable, and ensures your melts arrive in perfect condition.

A few simple tips to make sure you enjoy your melts safely and get the very best from them:

Using the Right Warmer

• Always use a proper wax melt warmer, either electric or tealight powered.
• If you use a tealight warmer, choose a taller design. Short, shallow burners can overheat the wax and shorten scent life.

Tealights

• Use only 4-hour tealights unless your burner clearly states it is safe for larger ones.
• Never use 8-hour tealights in standard burners — they can cause overheating, cracks, or even breakage.

Safe Placement

• Place your warmer on a heat-resistant surface.
• Keep it somewhere well ventilated so the fragrance can spread evenly.

Crystals and Adornments

• If your melt contains crystal chips, remove them before adding the wax to your warmer.
• You can also scoop them out carefully with tweezers once the wax has melted.
• Rinse under warm water and they will be shiny and ready to use again.
• Never leave crystals in hot wax.

General Safety

• Keep all melts, warmers, and tealights out of reach of children and pets.
• Remove all packaging before use.
• Never touch melted wax, it will be hot.
• Never leave a warmer unattended while in use.

Changing Your Wax

• Allow the wax to cool fully.
• Apply gentle pressure to one side of the hardened disc and it will usually pop out of the bowl.
• If it is stubborn, you can place the bowl in the freezer for a few minutes, then try again.

How long do the melts last?

This depends on your warmer. Electric warmers don’t get as hot as tealight warmers, so I often get multiple days from a single cube. With a tealight warmer you’ll usually get 2–3 uses from one block.

How should I store my wax melts?

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or any heat source. As with all fragranced products, please store them safely out of reach of children and pets.

Are the glitters and shimmers safe?

On the rare occasion I use them, they are always eco-friendly, biodegradable, and safe to melt.

Are your melts vegan and cruelty free?

Yes. My soy wax blend and fragrance oils are vegan friendly and never tested on animals.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, I only ship within the UK. This keeps postage fair and ensures your melts arrive in perfect condition. You can sign up to my mailing list to be the first to hear if I expand.

Can I request a scent?

Absolutely. Send me a message through the contact page or the chat bubble in the corner, and I’ll do my best to source it for you.

Do you do samples?

Yes. I often include sample pieces with orders. I also offer sample sets of collections so you can try before you buy full clamshells.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders are processed Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and sent with Royal Mail Tracked services. You can find full details on my Shipping & Processing page.

Do you accept wholesale orders?
